Computer Support PoliciesPlease be aware that we take all reasonable precautions when working on your computer. However, due to the sensitive nature of computers, it is possible that working on the problem could result in further complications. Clark Consultants cannot be held responsible if such complications occur. Clark Consultants will not be responsible for ANY issues resulting from work performed, if they are not reported within five business days. If you request a service that takes more than 15 minutes to perform, you will need to leave your computer with us. We cannot say with assurance how long it will take us to work on your computer. Our policy is first come, first serve and by the nature of computer work, we have no idea how long each computer will take to repair. We will give your our best estimate when you drop off your computer and you are always welcome to check on the status of your computer wither by calling the Clark Consultants. Before taking your computer to the Clark Consultants Service Center, look over the drop-off and pick-up requirements so that you have everything you need when you come and will not have to make a 2nd trip to our office.
